Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- New If you find your product defective please contact us by mail: info@Fins4Life.com With photos of the defective product.
- Exchange: We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: Info@Fins4Life.com We will process the free exchange.
- Change of mind: Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a involve participation by the processing department but we will not guarantee that you will always return the order once you received the product.
Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
- Store credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this from happening, always file a return.
- If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.
Final Sale
- All merchandise on sale or promotion cannot be returned.
- All clearance items cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
Return Policy

- It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach Fins4Life Apparel Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 7 business days of receipt) your store credit will be processed and email notification sent.
- Customer is responsible for return and repurchase shipping cost unless we made an error on your order.
- Fins4Life Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) due to carrier error from USPS, etc.
Exchanges & Refunds
- You may exchange an item for the same item in a different size. If the size you want is not available, you can choose another item of equal or lesser value.
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued unless in the case of fraud.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages
Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) will be processed and store credit, less shipping, will be applied within 5-7 days. Postage to re-send will be deducted from your original refund
Incorrect / Defective Item / Missing Item
In the event that an incorrect/defective/missing item is received, the customer should contact us within 3 days of receiving, so we can help resolve the issue.
- All defective items will be thoroughly inspected and determined by Fins4Life Apparel.
- We may request photos of the defective item before authorizing a replacement.
- Fins4Life Apparel is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (washing/drying, wear and tear, stretching, fading, etc).
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Any returned merchandise with obvious signs of wear will be refused.
- Approved defective/incorrect item(s) will receive a free shipping label to mail the merchandise back to us.
- Approved defective item(s) will be shipped out a replacement.
- In the event the defective/incorrect item(s) are unavailable to ship, then the value of item(s) will automatically be applied to store credit and email sent within 7 days.
